Gary Richards has worked within the property industry for over 21 years.  The last 12 years in the Middle East, where his main focus has been in the valuations and advisory spheres.  He has been instructed to provide advice and conduct valuations throughout the Middle East.  In addition he is called upon to provide services throughout the world and has recently completed assignments in North, East and West Africa, North and South America and Europe.  He has worked with leading law firms and provided expert witness reports  in a number of cases where real estate and asset expertise are required.  Additionally he has appeared and has been cross-examined in Arbitrations.

Specific cases that Gary has been involved in are:

1. Legal disputes between Master and Sub-Developers.
2. The quantification of values where encroachment has occurred.
3. Determining the effects on value where delays have occurred.
4. Where there has been a material change to a master development, determining the impact on value this has had in support of a claim.

Gary holds a number of certifications including being Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
